At MimoPets, we ship worldwide so every pet — wherever they live — can enjoy our products. Here's everything you need to know about how we deliver your order.
ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. You'll receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped, including your tracking number.

DELIVERY TIMES
We work with global fulfilment partners to keep prices low and quality high. Standard delivery times after dispatch:
🚚 United Kingdom: 8–15 business days
🚚 European Union: 10–18 business days
🚚 United States & Canada: 10–20 business days
🚚 Rest of the world: 12–25 business days
Please note: delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Customs, holidays, or carrier delays may extend transit time slightly.
SHIPPING COSTS
FREE WORLDWIDE SHIPPING ON EVERY ORDER. No minimum spend, no hidden fees. The price you see is the price you pay.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Every order ships with full tracking. You'll receive a tracking link by email within 1–3 days of placing your order. You can follow your parcel from dispatch to doorstep.
If your tracking hasn't updated for 7+ business days, please email us at hello@mimopets.shop and we'll investigate immediately.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
For orders within the UK and EU, no additional customs fees apply.
For orders outside the UK/EU, import duties or taxes may occasionally apply depending on your country's regulations. These charges (if any) are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
LOST OR DAMAGED PARCELS
If your parcel is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We'll either:
✓ Send you a replacement at no extra cost, or
✓ Issue a full refund
Your peace of mind is our priority.
INCORRECT ADDRESS
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for parcels lost due to incorrect addresses provided at the time of order. If you spot a mistake, email us within 1 hour of ordering and we'll do our best to update it before dispatch.
